Hello, my name is Berber, and I am the founder of Concierge Creuse.

With a background in facility management, experience in building oversight, organization, and cleaning, and five years as an entrepreneur in the Creuse region, I know exactly what it takes to properly care for a home or accommodation.

As both a business owner and a campsite manager, I understand the ins and outs of running accommodations. I know how to maintain a property, keep guests satisfied, and resolve issues quickly.

I have a strong network of local professionals, am familiar with the rules and authorities, and speak Dutch, French, and English—making it easy to communicate with owners, tenants, and professionals from different countries.

Concierge Creuse was born out of my passion for providing peace of mind and caring for homes and guests, so that owners can leave and return without worry. Whether it’s home inspections, key management, welcoming guests, cleaning, or coordinating repairs, I make sure everything runs smoothly and act as a reliable point of contact.

At Concierge Creuse, we don’t work with standard packages. Every home and every owner is different, which is why I tailor my services entirely to your situation. You choose which services you need and how often.
Rates are available on request and are calculated based on your home, your preferences, and the frequency of my visits. For periodic home inspections, fixed prices per period are also possible.

Periodic home inspections

Check-in / check-out

Assessing the overall condition of the property, inside and out.

Includes mail forwarding and reporting findings via WhatsApp.

In case of emergencies, I act immediately on-site as the owner’s representative.

A personal welcome upon arrival and guidance at departure. I can also provide an inventory check and final inspection, ensuring everything is left in perfect order.

Thorough cleaning between rental periods, ensures the property is spotless and guest-ready.

Minor repairs and maintenance, including small fixes I can handle personally. Coordination and communication with professionals for larger repairs, including obtaining quotes and handling permit applications.

I’ll prepare your home before you return: opening the shutters, turning on the refrigerator, and giving the house a quick clean to make it fresh and welcoming.

I can also tidy the garden and outdoor areas, so you never come home to a messy house after weeks or months away
